I have a new watch 6 paired with an S23+. One item I was looking forward to was the irregular heart rate notification as i have suffered with AFIB. So far I have not been able to find any setting for this on the watch or phone. I have seen the you tube video showing the setting on the health monitor but it doesn't exist on mine. All software is up to date. I have rebooted, cleared cache etc but no joy.I am in the UK in case this is area specific.
