Watch 5 pro - sleep monitoring not working

My sleep monitoring has not worked on this watch. I have been told to factory reset again it is onlyv24hrs old! Is anyone else having this problem? I had it on my watch 4 classic also. Does it actually ever work

I have factory reset it twice and last night it recorded its first sleep and o2 monitoring. Success for now

My Watch 4 often records no sleep, or 2-4 hours near the end of the night. A full night has only ever been recorded 2 or 3 times in a few months use. In my view useless for sleep. Pretty good for everything else.

Since my factory reset this time my watch 5 Pro has registered sleep every night. It doesn't know when I am awake really because I often read at 2am and because my heart rate is so low it doesn't notice that I am awake during those hours
