Watch 5 Pro not receiving notifications

I've just got the watch 5 Pro and it won't show any notifications on it. I've rang Samsung and they don't have a clue why. It's paired up to the s22 ultra. Is anyone else having this issue or had the issue and resolved it?

Hi, make sure to toggle on show phone notifications on your watch in the notifications settings.

Done that. Spoke to samsung again today and they are now saying they know there is an issue but they are now directing people to a samung store to get it fixed!

Who's your service provider? I'm with o2 in UK they not set the watch up correctly & had lots of problems. Still cannot send or receive calls on watch independently unless it's connected to phone via Bluetooth or remotely.
