watch 5 pro email notifications

so i have the email apps Samsung and outlook on my phone S22 Ultra. But i can't turn the sound notification off on the watch 5 pro.

I want the pop up notification but dont want the sound. I can mute sounds etc but that mutes all notification sounds.

Have you tried the instructions in the bottom dropdown? Manage notifications on your Samsung smart watch
