Watch 4 update: Training intervals

I keep seeing that the latest Watch 4 update allows you to pre-set intervals for running and cycling, but having updated, I cannot for the life of me work out how.

There seems to be no setting for it on the watch, in the Wearable app or in the Samsung Health app.

I am having same problem!  All I can find are videos that say the update is coming, but none that actually show someone setting it up.
