Watch 4 not connecting to Samsung Account

Hi, my galaxy watch4 is having issues with connecting to Samsung Account. I'm getting this issue when trying to setup Bixby and when trying to backup the watch. 

I don't have any issues with backing up my phone data to Samsung cloud. 

I have tried to reset the watch, but no joy.

Only thing I'd suggest is connecting via Bluetooth rather than remotely (if that's the case) if not don't have a clue sorry

Unfortunately I haven't. I might need to reset my phone and watch at the same time, but it is inconvenient at the moment
