Watch 4 no compatible device found

I recently upgraded the software of my watch 4 and EKG was finally enabled.  I try to get BP to work and gives me a message "no compatible device found".  I reset the watch, even factory reset and still no luck!

if your looking for your BP in the Samsung Health app it does not pair to the watch,, why i don't know,, you need to download  the - Samsung Health Monitor - this pairs with the watch and give you both BP and ECG,, again another pain in the a** from Samsung,,, i could only pair my Omron RS7  - to the Samsung health app  !! which you'll need a BP meter to set your watch up with,,, but after ive done the setup the - sys +dia is still out a bit
