Watch 4 doesn't record cycling

Hello,

I have Watch 4 and Note 10+. I have started cycling on my watch and started cycling. Watch doesn't record anything. It just records my heart rate. No distance, speed or calories.

Hope samsung can help me here.

I think this is the 3rd time I saw similar,
I think few people turned off Auto detect and manually selected the activity

My gear s3 frontier usually picks up cycling or walking anything between 5-10 minutes into the activity but it actually recorded from the moment I started walking or cycling. Seems to want to report the activity after a certain amount of time.

Have you got the latest software installed on the watch?
I'm sure I've read, or seen a video on YouTube maybe. That the latest software update has specifically improved cycling detection.
