Watch 4 camera app, no zoom or change camera mode

I just upgraded my galaxy 4 watch to the latest update, which include the camera app. When using the app with my s22 ultra, u can see the picture preview but there is no zoom function and swiping up as described doesn't switch the camera. Only have the ability to change to video mode, and set the 3second timer remotely from the watch. Tried power cycling both phone and watch. Any ideas?

I think it's a UI5.1 feature.

can't find it, but today 5.1 hit my s22 ultra so will try again soon

Zoom function and watch diagnostics now working, but can't flick up on the watch to change camera from front to back

which phone and watch do you have? I had to update the phone to ui5.1, and my watch 4 to latest release.

Ah i see i have the 21 ultra aint got the update 5.1 yet

Everything was working with Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 and Samsung Galaxy Watch 4, before the latest update
