So I have a new watch 4 and want to use the blood pressure and ECG features, but I don't have a Samsung phone. Would buying a Samsung tablet help fix the app issue?

The Tabs aren't compatible with the watches, @Formaggio uomo. A compatible Samsung phone would be the only option here.
