watch 3 promo issue?

Hey all. I recently pre ordered the Watch 3 which has a great gift of the wireless duo charger.

When I ordered the watch I was not giving any options to 'claim now' for the gift. Anyone have any ideas?

it will automatically be claimed, you just have to wait for delivery

There's some info about how to claim on that promo's page on the Samsung UK website: https://www.samsung.com/uk/offer/wireless-charging-pad-duo-watch3-offer/

From that:

"Step 2: Click the 'CLAIM NOW’ button from 21.08.20 to 20.09.20. Provide proof of purchase when prompted. Claims must be made by 20.09.20."

Where did you order it? And in which country do you live? Because you won't get it automatically.....   unless you ordered it directly by samsung. (but then you would have seen them in your shopping cart)

It is there on the website! From wich country are you? maybe you need the page from your own country.
