Watch 3 irritating my skin

Hi,

My new Samsung Watch 3 is irritating my skin. I've NEVER had this issue with a watch before and I've worn many. I actually think it's the sensor burning my skin. 

The watch isn't even a month old yet, and I'm tempted to return it to Samsung.

It's very unlikely that your watch has burnt you because the heart rate sensor doesn't produce heat. I would understand if the watch strap was irritating your skin but the watch itself is unlikely. Maybe the watch heats up if you wear it in direct sunlight often but it should never burn you. Perhaps try loosening the strap if it is friction burn.

It just strange how the irritation is directly under the sensor, and I've never had this issue before. If I losen the strap, the watch just tells me to tighten it 🤷🏼‍♂️
