I’ve hit mine a few times by reaching into shelves when doing the food shop. Has no marks on it luckily so seems quite sturdy. The bezel is raised around the glass so unless you hit it at an angle, it’s protected. I love mine! I’d say get insurance if you’re worried and go for it!
