Watch 3 Display not even and causes burn

My Galaxy Watch 3 LTE screen does not appear to be evenly lit. If I go into the test mode and look at the screen in any colour there appears to be a thin brighter ring at the outside of the face whilst the majority centre (95%) looks darker. On using a full face image, the edge is correct and majority is similar to being greyed out. I have tried a full reset and adjusting the brightness but no change. The back has also started getting very hot and burning my wrist. It's probably not worth paying around £150 for a new screen but it is irritating.

Hi I just bought a Garmin tactix 7 Pro there and what a phone it is leaves Samsung miles behind had mine from November not a burn mark or anything I took off a Samsung watch to put the new Garmin watch on
