I got a samsung watch 4 44mm LTE and I found that it was way too big and since my family bought it ( they lost the receipt) i have no way to swap /exchange it for preferably a 40mm version. I haven't even turned on they watch and its brand new. Is there any way samsung could take it and give me a 40mm version instead?
Hi, they should have an email confirmation of purchase, they usually ask for an email in some store's if not just go back to the store they purchased it & see if anyone can help you, what have you got to lose.
