Using German Gear S3 with Samsung Pay in the UK

Hi. I've just purcashed a new Samsung Gear S3 Frontier from Amazon.co.uk. I live in the UK, but it seems that i have received a German model.

I really want to use Samsung Pay on the watch, but I seem unable to set it up - it tells me that no payment apps are installed in the settings menu.

Is it possible for me to set up and use the UK version of Samsung Pay on this German version of the Gear S3, or is it not possible at all?

If it is possible, what can I do to make it work?

Also, are there any other features that I'll be unable to use, because I'm in the UK and I have a German model.

Any help appreciated.

Unfortunately in my experience @chearmstrong an imported model can present certain issues when trying to use features such as Samsung Pay. 

For example people are importing the new Samsung Note Fe phone but Samsung Pay won't work due to it not being released for the U.K market. 

Also not all U.K banks may not be on board with accepting Samsung Pay.

I was thinking about this and to avoid any more issues, I'm returning the watch to Amazon.

I've ordered a watch direct from Samsung instead.
