[ Urgent ] Galaxy watch 4 Classic - raise wrist to wake not working

I have an error that cannot light up my watch screen while I am riding a motorbike or bicycle. Since 4 months ago after I updated the software to the latest version, I have been getting an error. Don't tell me I try different ways. I have taken it to a samsung service center but it still doesn't solve the problem. What I need is an urgent software patch to resolve the bug. Me and some people have been waiting 4 months already. We are about to lose patience.

Samsung's watch segment seems to be of little interest. at least we need an answer from samsung.

Bạn ơi, GW4 Classic của mình cũng bị vậy, lúc chạy xe thì rake to wake không hoạt động, đậu xe tầm 5 phút sau thì hoạt động bình thường
