Update to UI on S3 Frontier now only shows Gear 2 in S-Health, and not S3 Frontier

Does anyone know how I can remove the Gear 2 Neo (I have never owned one)  from my Samsung Health App and have it recognize my S3 Frontier?

I was able to remove the Gear 2 Neo......However.....When in the Samsung Health (up to date) app, it only shows steps from All or Mobile....my S3 Frontier syncs properly however there is no option to see steps from the S3 only.
