Update problem

Help! Trying to install watch software update. Have cleared music files and watch faces to free up space. Have also uninstall some app. Still no joy. Any ideas?

Thanks for the information, but it won't let me actually do the software update as it's saying that I don't have enough space. I have already taken off all my music and deleted files and apps that I don't use.

Okay try restarting your watch see what happens if that doesn't work then you should take it to samsung

What kind of watch is it is it the gear sport or Galaxy watch 3

Some times these kinda don't work Some time so if it is then that's the problem

It's a Galaxy watch 4g 42mm. I got it along with my Samsung s20 phone
