Unable to sync bedtime mode between watch 4 and phone

I have a Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy A90 5g running digital wellbeing 3.1.00.9. 

According to the Galaxy wearable app you should be able to sync bedtime mode if the phone is running digital wellbeing 2.5 or higher so why do I not have this option?

My wife has the option on her s21+ and it seems odd I don't as there is nothing to say why I can't.

I've never seen any options or buttons but i might have overlooked something. When my watch is connected to the phone via Bluetooth, both go into Bedtime mode together at the time i set on my phone. But if they're disconnected then my watch comes out of Bedtime mode and does its own thing.

There should be an option at the top of the advanced features menu in settings menu of galaxy wearable app but it does not show this option on my A90 5g.
