Using the Galaxy Wearable app it allows me to change the watch face on my active 2 watch, however when i try to customise the watch face i.e. Colour change, add steps, heart rate etc and press save nothing changes on the watch face. Anyone any solutions as its very frustrating? I have taken the usual steps, dete the wearable app on my phone, reset the accessory services, reset watch and re-pair but to na avail.
