Hi all,
I am unable to connect my buds live to my phone. The app downloaded the extra piece of software to my phone. Bluetooth is working fine and connected to my Gear Fit2. 
My phone is an A10 on Android 10.
Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have not been able to connect at all.
Allegedly, I have "reconditioned" ones. This is the reason for my quandary.
