I recently upgraded my Samsung watch to a Watch5-pro with the offer of £100 if I trade in my old watch.

I sent my watch back on 21st Sptember using the Royal Mail 48 label included with the new watch.

Since it left me (in York) it has travelled to Chelmsford via NW Delivery hub and Edinburgh(??)...but for the last several days it alternated between Chelmsford and Stowmarket, going out for delivery from one but ending up in the other.

If this goes on for another few days it shall be after my deadline for them receiving the trade-in.

Has anyone else had a similar situation and have any advice on what to do. If I end up being charged the £100 I shall be p****d off to say the least.

You must have the receipt for sending it off.
This would be proof that you did you part and sent it.
If you are concerned, you can call Samsung Customer Support and see if they can provide further support. Possibly put a note on the system that the item has been sent at a certain date and time.
I'm sure it will get there OK though. Despite the trip around the country.
