Trade In ***** Up

So I have done quite a few trade in so I know the drill.

For some reason today, I popped my tradein into the box put the label on and posted it.

Came home later to find the trade in envelope in the post ☺️ 

So I have manged to put my tradein the returns box, any ideas as it seems to seperate departments.

It's fine the sticker is the same, I was going to send mine today but they sent the envelope in the post I compare the trade in label on the one I received with my order and envelope I received today, they are both the same

The labels are the same, don't worry, they end up at the same address, just checked mine, I have both sitting in front of me right now.
