I bought a Galaxy 4 smartwatch in October 2021, which included a promotion for 2 free watch bands. Plan was replace the too large strap with 2 ordered small straps. Before 1/11/21 you had to do all the administration which was successful. In the meantime it is almost March '22 and the straps still aren't delivered. Apparently 1 is not in stock, so nothing is sent out. When asked if we could receive the same strap in stock twice, but we got a negative answer. Called at least 10 times with an overseas call center, where they put you on hold for 10 minutes to "check the possibilities". Then the conversation ends and the external call center collects some money again and again. Terrible service!! Nothing else happens! No more Samsung for me... Be warned!!
