Got my phone is july with no explanation on how to claim the free ear buds. Tried online and they were only taking claims. For phones bought in June. I therefore thought I would have to wait until August to claim. However you have to claim within 30 days which wasn't made clear. Subsequently, I was just outside 30 days and have missed out on the promotion. So if you can't claim in the previous month, and only have 30 days, if you bought your phone towards the start of the month you only have a couple days to claim. Therefore all these terms and conditions should be made a LOT clearer when purchasing the phone.
