Watch permanently shows swimming as an activity I am doing.i am not and never have been.how do I stop it?thx

how odd! Would you be able to tell me what watch are you using and if the water mode is enabled on it? If you are unsure about this press and hold the Home key to turn this mode off. If needed, follow any on-screen instructions.
