Please make it so you can make your watch vibrate 30 seconds before my phone alarm! This would be a great feature, stops my baby waking up too early in the morning, even worse... my wife

you can do goto watch and open alarm it says add alarm to watch

That doesn't have much to do with the question. It is not possible to set the alarm to the precision of seconds.
Not to mention that the majority of people won't even care about such a thing at all, most definitely not "millions". Either they get awoken by their smartwatch or their phone, but both within thirty seconds? Wow, never heard of such a thing. And I would say that it has never been a thing and fairly likely never will be.
