Step count when Sleeping

My Galaxy Watch 4 classic seems to count steps while i am a sleep in bed.

Woke up today with 2000 steps already counted despite being in bed and watch in sleep mode.

Watch connected to Galaxy Z Fold 3 and both devices have the latest software (Well the latest as per Samsung being slow)

Had both devices since launch and this issue has been happening the past few weeks. Does anyone have a solution as this just defeats the object of health tracking.

I just bought the watch 4 classic 46 mm a week ago and for the last 4 nights i am waking up with 4000+ steps. I am wearing the goddamn watch to sleep. Should i just return the aatch.

Note: there are no new panding updates. Eveyrthing has been updated.
