I couldn't find Spo2 continuous measurement anywhere one watch 4 classic. Mine is LTE version. The new update which as advised didn't arrive on my watch yet!! ☹️

@dsss: Have you tried heading to the Samsung Health app on the watch > Settings > Measurements > Blood Oxygen During Sleep > Continuous? If the option isn't there, keep an eye out for updates on the Galaxy Wearables app > Watch Settings > Watch Software Update.
