The watch calculates the speed, I think based on gps, bluetooth and possibly movements.
What is your question exactly? Is the speed mentioned in the screenshot not correct? Try turning on the gps. You could also use another app - Strava or Google Fit for example ( along with Samsung Health) and compare the speeds registered in each app.
