Hello ,
i own a xiaomi note 9 pro since i bought the watch 4 i had a problem on the audio recording that does not work
I followed all the forums the option is well activated checked uncheck restart watch 4 several times end up resetting watch 4 several times the audio recording never worked.
I am very much over this product.
could you help?

he watch must be on charge for it to work, doesn't matter if it is fully charged, it must be charging wired/wireless for it to work for me
