Hi guys ! I am a student and I am making a survey to check out how many users play games ,on what device they are playing and what games do they play.This form helps me for a university project.

You'd be better off typing your survey questions and members may reply to the post with the answers.

People are reluctant to click external links these days with all the scams going round, especially google docs ones.
