Just a question i bought the galaxy active 1 at the start of the year and I'm just wondering how long samsung supports there watches with software updates etc ?

Hi @Rob1985! Traditionally, Samsung provides 2 years of firmware support for their products so it could be that ur Galaxy Watch Active will also last 2 years. Hope that helps!

@iamS I knew they done that for there phones I just didn't know about there smart watches this is the first 1 I've had thanks for the reply though

thanks @iamS just another question dont know if u will know I have put another post up asking but do u know if good lock isn't compatible with android 10 one ui 2.1 ? have searched for it on the galaxy store but can't find it

The watches are updated really long. even the gear s3 works on the latest software!!
