I recently downloaded the smart view app since the remote control for my TV stopped working. The app connects fine to my TV, but for some reason the "up" button doesn't work, so when I'm browsing netflix, for example, I can only go down, left, and right. What could be causing this?
For reference, my smart TV is an older model UN46F6350AF.
