SM-R845F ITV Firmware

I've just bought a Galaxy Watch 3 LTE SM-R845F (CSC=ITV). I'm stuck at ATFB firmare and of course SPO2 and VO2 MAX are missing. Is it possible that after 3 months from launch and after that all BT models are up to date there isn't any update for my watch???
