Sleep record notification no longer pops up in the morning

When I wake up in the morning I used to get a notification telling me my sleep record for that night. As of about a month ago this stopped. How do I turn it back on?

This has also occurred with my samsung galaxy watch.

I would be very interested in finding out a resolution to this.
