Sleep not tracking

Good morning all. I hope your all staying safe in these strange times. 

I've had my Galaxy watch for about a week now and it hasn't reached my sleep over. Not at all. I've got heart rate monitoring on continuous. What an I doing wrong?

I did reset it a couple of days ago as I read in here plus the hr wasn't monitoring either which has sorted out the hr as this is now fine, bit still no sleep.

Mine is working fine. Have you tried resyncing your watch to phone via Bluetooth and installing the latest updates via the 'Galaxy Wearable' app?

Good morning Adisha. Tried all of that. Looking on here there seems to be a number that have this issue though.

mine works like a treat, have you tried cleaning the back of the watch? if that doesn't help what about resetting the watch in the wearable app?

Thanks but I've tried all that. Spoke with Customer Support who say it's faulty so thankfully as it's only a few days old its being returned.

I have the same issue too. The sleep tracking records no longer be able to sync on phone. I am using active 2.
