Sleep measuring doesnt seem accurate.

My sleep score for the last 2 days has been 39 which is low.  Both nights I felt I slept ok.  Suggests that sleep measuring isnt very accurate.  What are other peoples experiences?

Yeah I don't really trust / like it. My Huawei watch 2 seemed more accurate with my actual sleep experience. My Samsung sleep score is always low but I sleep like a log

My galaxy watch 3 and gw4 classic both over estimate my sleep! I have a baby who wants up every 40min. The gw4 classic says I sleep 9hrs a night. I promise that's fake news! The watches struggle to comprehend broken sleep or walking up multiple times a night
