Skin rash from galaxy watch

I bought the Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 weeks ago, and last week I started to get skin rash under the watch. I take it off daily and clean both it and my wrist. Is this supposed to happen?!

Oh dear that's contact dermatitis, your allergic to the metal case on your watch. Only thing I would suggest is put a bit of material between your skin & the watch it's not ideal but will stop your skin reactions. Also suggest you pop to chemist for some cream to soothe it.
