Agreed. I finally pulled the trigger and upgraded from my 2016 Galaxy Watch to the Watch5. I was rather displeased to find this feature missing while setting up my new Watch. I know there is third-party software out there that may make side-loading a custom ringtone possible, but that seems like a hassle and somewhat risky just to have such a basic function. I really think Samsung made a mistake removing this feature!
