Seeing big spikes in heart rate on Galaxy Watch 4

I am not expecting the GW4 to be super accurate when it comes to heart rate but I notice that I get these huge spikes, especially at the beginning of a workout.  After that, it seems to settle down and is very accurate.  This seems to be happening constantly.  Is this a known issue?

Actually according to test the galaxy watch is one of the less accurate watches when it comes to health metrics.

I have just bought the Galaxy Watch 4.  When the Heart Rate is working correctly it is very accurate, however it periodically shows my HR at double the actual value.  This is easily checked by taking my own pulse simultaneously with the Watch 4 readout.  In these periods Watch 4 shows exactly double the true value for heart rate.  A quick ECG reading confirms this.

Samsung we need your help.  Reading other posts on this forum it sounds as if this problem has been around for a while, covering more than this watch model.

Tried watching it, today.  Right now, it seems that, when I do something that drives my heart rate up quickly, like heavy lifting, it doesn't seem to know when to stop going up.  Saw 160 but, a manual check said it was more in the 120s.

I also have the same issue. most of the time the heart rate shows huge spikes reaching up to 200 bpm at times. However the ECG recording doesnt reflect the same heart rate. Can samsung fix this issue as it is causing lot of mental stress and I even went to see cardiologist and spent money on specialist consultation.

Yea i just got a reading of 194 and got me stressed.  So i manually checked and its at 74.  This almost pushed me into an anxiety attack.
