Security code issue

If I want Samsung Pay on my Watch 4, I have to have a security code (or pattern). But should it ask for the code every time I press the top button?

@Chris11235, It should only ask once from the moment you put the watch on. In general, the watch should not ask for a password again when you wear it. After 4-5 payments or with big payments you can be asked to enter pin/pattern again for verification purposes.
