Samsungs customer service is shocking

First time ordering direct from Samsung and they fail to fulfill my order by giving me next day delivery but fail to send the watch and only reciving the charger. After a phone call they said the "investigation" would take 48hrs. So I phoned for an update after 48hrs, to be told there isn't one and now it's become 7-10days. So they have basically stolen my money now. With very unhelpful customer service. Won't be ordering directly from Samsung again!!!

They do not have customer service... Try emailing... Ooopppsss sorry they dont have an email.... We all find this out the hard way..
