If one is not going to wear the watch on wrist, then there is no point of spending so much on a watch with all those sensors. A simple watch will suffice (and they do exist)

Well.. I will go one step deeper.. Soon there will be under the skin watches, particularly for people with medical conditions such as Diabetes

There's already a sensor for diabetics that sticks to the skin and your smartphone scans it via nfc and tells you your Blood Sugar
