Hi can anyone help i have a Samsung s20 for o2 and can claim the watch when claiming it ask place of purchase i can select o2 there's no option even if I type it in any help would be great thanks

if you hit back and scroll to top of this page it says got yourself a new galaxy s20 and click on it it says claim now

hey I was wondering this too, I got my s20+ really the watch promo had just finished for the 3 weeks and then I got mine and the ear buds promo came out which was obviously really annoying 😑 I was wondering if there would be anything I could do as mine was also with 02?

I am on O2 and had no problem claiming mine. the option will be there if you click on the correct section.
