Samsung Watch Staying on

Hi guys my Samsung watch won't go into sleep mode while on my wrist, it stays black with the time etc shaded underneath.  It's draining the battery doing this, any ideas of how to stop it happening? Many thanks in advance 🤞

If you look in the wearable app there is a toggle switch to turn off the always on function
