I really hope I can get some help. My Samsung watch shows over 10K steps but my S health app shows only 6946. I have tried syncing, clearing the cache, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the S health app with no luck. It keeps showing the incorrect steps. Syncing does not seem to fix either. Any suggestions on how to resolve this? It was working just fine until recently however nothing has changed.
