Samsung Watch No trade in no Refund

Warning to all, about 12 weeks ago I ordered two Samsung watches, cancelled the order as decided I want them with 4G so placed another order.

So annoyed when both orders arrived.

The usual return label was not provided instead to email the zendesk, It then took me 8 weeks to finally get a response only when I asked PayPal to step in, finally DPD arrived collected two unopened and sealed watches.

Two weeks later I get an email from the Zendesk saying one watch was an empty box and no mention of the other !!!

Paypal closed the case as the collection was completed, so now I have been ripped off by Samsung to the tune of £400 !!!

When DPD collected the parcel check to see if the weight was on the paperwork. Then weigh one of the watches you have, with everything inside the box and double it. If its about the same weight it can't have been an empty box.

Sadly all DPD give is a small piece of card with the tracking or reference number.

When you enter the tracking number on the DPD website does it give anymore information?

Just tried adding to the consignment, order then collection number, says user login and asks for a user I'd and password

I'm sorry I don't know what else to do. Maybe ask Samsung for a picture of the empty box, I know that sounds silly but it means someone has to check the box and will help you make a claim against DPD.

It seems to me like the DPD driver or someone in the Samsung warehouse has taken your watch

I firmly believe the issue is Samsung as the zendesk team service was shocking and now they do not even answer my emails
