Warning to all, about 12 weeks ago I ordered two Samsung watches, cancelled the order as decided I want them with 4G so placed another order.
So annoyed when both orders arrived.
The usual return label was not provided instead to email the zendesk, It then took me 8 weeks to finally get a response only when I asked PayPal to step in, finally DPD arrived collected two unopened and sealed watches.
Two weeks later I get an email from the Zendesk saying one watch was an empty box and no mention of the other !!!
Paypal closed the case as the collection was completed, so now I have been ripped off by Samsung to the tune of £400 !!!
